Mental Health Foundation (MHF) | They take a public mental health approach to prevention, finding solutions for individuals, those at risk and for society, in order to improve everyone’s mental wellbeing.

On My Mind | Information for young people to make informed choices about their mental health and wellbeing.

Parental Minds | Aims to empower curiosity around mental healthcare through peer support, resource development, research, collaboration and networking.

Promas | Free courses written and designed with the help of carers for unpaid carers.

Teen Mental Health | A guide for parents from MyTutor with useful tips and advice for parents to help their teens overcome body image issues, academic anxiety, peer pressure, and cyberbullying, including
links to other important teen mental health resources – all of which can be helpful in these uncertain times.
