ABOUT THE EVENT

This workshop will provide an overview of current research findings on the delivery of effective supervision.  Sarah will explore how supervisors might incorporate best practices into the digital delivery of clinical supervision with a primary focus on how to enable therapists to be the best they can be.

TARGET AUDIENCE 

This workshop is suitable for anyone who is currently providing clinical supervision and is employed at one of our partner services within the South West community of practice.

SPEAKER

Dr Sarah Bateup, Head of Therapy Research and Training, COMPASS Pathways, Chair of Clinical Advisory Board, Ieso Digital Health, Chair BABCP Technology Special Interest Group is a BABCP accredited CBT therapist and has delivered over 27,000 hours of CBT and is also an experienced supervisor and qualified teacher. Sarah has been a senior leader in evidence-based psychological therapy services for over 10 years and specialises in digital mental health interventions. Her main research interests are therapist variables and digital therapeutics.
