Somerset CAMHS offers assessment and treatment when children and young people have emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties.
2nd Floor, Mallard Court
Somerset CAMHS offer support for a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, psychosis and ADHD.
CAMHS offers a range of treatments, including cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, psychotherapy, family therapy and art therapy.
Referrals to the Single Point of Access (SPA) for CAMHS can be made by a wide range of agencies and professionals. The service welcome referrals by letter, use of the CAMHS referral form, by telephone or Early Help Assessment (EHA) form. At present the SPA is unable to accept self-referrals from parents/young people but this is something Somerset CAMHS are working on and hope will be available in the future.
