Offer provision for

OTR offer support for a wide variety of problems, including problems with mood, friends or family, sexuality and/or gender identity, self-harm, eating and ethnic and cultural identities.

Interventions offered

OTR run a number of projects including group workshops, anti-stigma campaigns and LGBTQ+ support for young people. They also provided a wide range of one-to-one therapies, including counselling, CBT and creative therapies.

Referral Pathways

OTR run drop-in groups, along with groups and 1:1 therapies that can be accessed via the sign-up forms on their website.

Access to CBT in Bristol is via Bristol Wellbeing Therapies, and in South Gloucestershire it is via South Gloucestershire Talking Therapies.

There is a team of Wellbeing Practitioners at OTR who also offer brief evidence-based therapeutic work in schools and in the community. These are accessed through schools or other community setting, such as GPs.
