ABOUT THE WEBINAR
KSA is the BABCP’s pathway for experienced practitioners who do not hold a Core Professional qualification to complete Parenting training and meet accreditation standards. This has become increasingly widespread in recent years.
The webinar will benefit employers (both recruiters and service managers), as well as prospective candidates. The session will cover the benefits of the KSA for staff and services, information about how to complete the KSA and what is required from candidates pre-interview. There will also be plenty of opportunities for attendees to ask the programme team questions.
We expect this webinar will clarify what is expected from candidates and better inform services as to what is involved in the KSA pathway.
