The workshop will be an opportunity to find out the latest information and guidance relating to staff retention. The topic of discussion will be supporting role retention for newly qualified CYP mental health staff.

This workshop will be of particularly interest to commissioners, service leads and those responsible for shaping and developing the local CYP mental health workforce.
